The first people we went to help first asked us for jobs so they could earn money and distribute it to their local community. While this was a noble endeavor, it still relied on outside support in order to be sustainable. We knew there was a better way.
Oftentimes people are just doing the best they can with what they know how to do. We light the way and show how they can lift themselves out of poverty. We also help them identify where they need additional support.

- We work with people and organizations to help identify natural resources they have or could easily gain access to and what projects would work using those resources.
- We teach and provide education on principles of self-reliance, fostering dignity, self-respect, and owernship in those we help.
- We actively partner with and recruit talented professionals to supply key education that is needed for successful growth.
